Courtney Howey

Courtney Howey is a 3rd generation American, and a proud native Of Colorado . She has a diverse professional background, with practical Experience in everything from kindergarten instruction to construction management, securities trading to sales with Fortune 500 companies. She chose Real Estate as her profession to ensure that everyone, even those who “can’t afford it”, is able to find a place to call home. Courtney is intrigued by every aspect of the business, from property and land history, to home décor, to the way we live in our homes.

While traveling to Puerto Vallarta, she met her husband Phil, who, in an ironic twist-of-romantic-fate, grew up just five minutes from Courtney in Aurora , CO. Courtney loves sushi, the Broncos, and her black lab, Koda. She is involved in a variety of charitable organizations, donating both time and money in an effort to positively influence our community. She has worked with Ronald McDonald House, the Make a Wish Foundation’s annual marathon, Ponderosa High School ’s After Prom, Denver Children’s Hospital, and Park Meadows Cares, her local Keller Williams charitable affiliate.
